Global Talent Management Consultant

The global talent management consultant will work closely with business and HR leaders across the company to design QlikTech’s global talent management process and define the capabilities necessary for the company and our talent to continue our track record of rapid growth and customer satisfaction.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES                                                    

    * Provide overall design and implementation of process to integrated talent management approach for QlikTech.
    * Provide leadership, ownership and guidance to instill talent management behaviors into integrated processes and into the behaviors of leaders
    * Partner with business and HR leadership to identify and develop TM strategies / interventions in critical areas
    * Define talent management metrics to measure the effectiveness of the process and the impact to business results
    * Work as part of a global team in the development and creation of an integrated strategy and actions for talent reviews and succession management. Drive the implementation and execution of succession management and talent review.
    * In partnership with business and HR leaders, identify and manage high potential internal candidates and to acquire talent to fill gaps in succession plans.
    * Create and develop innovative development programs geared toward furthering the company’s growth initiatives, including organic business expansion, and acquisitions.

    * Understanding and articulating the strategic value of integrated Talent Management processes with a strong business acumen.
    * Leveraging data to understand talent needs on an enterprise wide level - work with appropriate stakeholders to address them

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS  

    * Demonstrated ability to influence across the matrix without formal authority
    * Demonstrated ability to build trust with business and HR leaders and establish personal and professional credibility
    * Understanding of enterprise software, particularly HRIS and other Talent Management Technologies (e.g., Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning Management, Succession Management)
    * Demonstrated organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
    * Strong interpersonal skills: listening, confronting, challenging, straightforwardness, rapport, trust, warmth, compassion, sense of humor.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications

    * Bachelor or Bachelor equivalent in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or HR Management mandatory with at least 10-15 years of experience
    * Master or Master equivalent in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or HR Management preferred with at least 10-15 years of experience
    * Experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Development, Assessment and Coaching
    * Demonstrated track record of program development, management and execution
    * Executive presence
    * Prior experience as a global process leader in a COE / Shared Services HR delivery model
    * Strategic thinking with the ability to translate into specific and measurable actions and outcomes; provides practical solutions and simple execution
    * Provides cutting edge talent management and development insights, learning and programs to the company, business and HR leaders
    * Exhibits the ability to “roll-up your sleeves” and do the work

Languages

    * Business level English mandatory
    * Other relevant languages would be an advantage

Experience (technical, commercial, industry / product / functional expertise, etc.)

    * Demonstrated track record of success in implementing and supporting a talent management process and talent management programs in a global organization.
    * Demonstrated track record of success in working with remote, global teams.
    * Project management or project implementation experience and skills.
    * Expert in change management…leading an organization and individuals through change

 Mobility – 30 % of travel time required including overnight and overseas travel. Could be more during the first six months while traveling to build relationships.
