System Analyst

Candidate will perform functional support activities for Rapid Response Supply Chain planning.

Responsibilities include:

- Assist end users with interpreting Supply Chain Planning results
- Software bug resolution
- Support of custom reports used by the business planning team
- Maintain and manage Oracle to Rapid Response interface, extract, load, monitoring
- Work with software developers to implement custom functionality as needed by the business planning team
- Rapid Response Workbook authoring and configuration

Candidate must have prior hands-on Supply Chain Planning software experience, preferably with Constraint based planning.

Candidate will be responsible for all Supply Chain Planning support activities. This includes daily planning activities required by the business. In addition, problem reporting, bug identification/tracking and custom reporting analysis will be required.
Hands-on supply chain planning software experience is required. Candidate will interact daily with the business community.
Responsibilities        Candidate will also be involved in the testing of new functionality for implementation in Rapid Response. In addition, the candidate shall be able to manage a test effort over a number of users/testers.
Skills/Experience        Previous Functional Supply Chain Planning application experience in addition to Oracle PL/SQL skills are required. Good oral and written communication skills are required. Able to learn Supply Chain concepts and progress in technical and general business skills. Excellent problem solving skills, particularly with regard to anticipating and solving problems, issues, or concerns before they occur or become critical. Experience with Rapid Response or Oracle ASCP applications would be a plus.
Education Requirements        Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science or equivalent experience, plus industry experience in business application support and development. Experience in Oracle E-business applications preferred.*
