Systems Analyst

We are looking for a systems analyst to work with our business partners in corporate shared services to deliver effective and helpful solutions . The individual, along with peers in the IT development teams will help set direction for providing solutions in the areas of Payroll, Export Compliance, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, and Stock Administration. The responsibility of the analyst will be to represent the needs and challenges of the business being supported and developing directions and strategies to move IT in a cohesive direction while addressing the challenges of diverse initiatives and priorities. The role will require performing some level of troubleshooting and issue resolution, and work closely with internal and external team members to meet those demands.<br>Responsibilities &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Work with functional groups within the Finance organization to define and implement business processes and systems.<br>Lead requirements gathering process, integrate business process re-engineering, and serve as the liaison and communication contact between project management and Business partners, team members and vendors.<br>Lead cross-functional teams to define and implement processes via systems.<br>Assist in production support, troubleshooting and monthly migrations.<br>Analyzes and develop user manuals and corresponding training programs for systems being deployed.<br>Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .<br>Ability to foster a positive and constructive relationship with internal partners, vendors and matrixed team members<br>Demonstrated ability to write clear requirements for a mixed business and technical audience.<br>Prior experience working closely with application developers.<br>Expertise in defining business processes and recommending changes.<br>Strong meeting facilitation skills.<br>Ability to drive change within the organization through consensus-building.<br>Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply that knowledge.<br>Strong technical, leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills a must.<br>Demonstrated communication/collaboration skills required.<br>Solid problem solving capability a must.<br>Skills/Experience &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;5+ years prior experience in systems analysis or architecture role supporting large enterprise applications required.<br>Must be able to multitask and work on a large number of complex designs at one time to support all of the on-going initiatives.<br>Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and oral communication skills required<br>Ability to The systems analyst provides lead analysis for projects, feature enhancements, and sustaining support for CRM business application solutions. The associated responsibilities include but are not limited to interacting with business users, customers and other stakeholders to identify business needs and create requirements and project specifications, to monitor project work to ensure it meets the business needs and interface with the delivery and stakeholder teams to lead UAT and feature buyoff. Predominantly the solutions that will be implemented and supported by the system analyst are supported by the Salesforce.com for marketing, sales, service, and custom business processes. This platform is highly configurable and requires less technical and development skill to implement. The systems analyst will also configure certain portions of the application framework to assist in the completion of project work. When required, the system analyst should be able to negotiate requirements with business stakeholders to ensure that requirements closely align with established standards and practices and standard platform features. System analyst will guide the development team towards efficient solutions that leverage the native point-and-click platform in preference to coded development. There may be additional applications beyond Salesforce.com that will be implemented and enhanced to extend the CRM footprint.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities: Translating business processes into systems solutions Preparing system requirements including functional and technical specifications and workflow diagrams Providing documentation of application solutions and providing support for end-user training Facilitating effective and proactive communication with key stakeholders and end users Performing system configurations to match business requirements Developing and supporting SaaS, OTS and/or custom applications, extensions and integrations for business applications in large enterprise environment. Providing functional leadership to the business in the standard CRM areas: Service and Support, sales force automation, marketing campaigns, etc. Self-Assigning, assessing and troubleshooting end user issues and change requests in production environment with rapid turn around time service level agreements.

Skills/Experience         4 years providing systems analyst and systems configuration support in an engineering, high tech, or sales industry required. Two plus years working with an integrated CRM solution preferred. Salesforce.com implementation and support experience including minimum Salesforce.com certification ADM201 preferred. Past work experience in one of the following languages: Java, TIBCO, Apex, VisualForce, or Drupal Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) required. Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and follow through skills are required. Experience developing system requirements is required. Experience with relational database management systems and design methodologies is required. Experience supporting and implementing system integrations is preferred. Must demonstrate expert abilities in office productivity tools (MS Office suite) - specifically Excel, Visio, and Powerpoint.
