Oracle E-Business Systems Analys

Business support for QCA Oracle Applications team
Responsibilities        Serves as the primary business analyst and subject matter expert for end user functionality
Requirements gathering and system design documents and workflow for system bugs or enhancements
Troubleshoots issues as they arise working with finance and operations team
Works with Oracle Support to resolve system bugs and issues
Serves as a coordinator with QA team to manage process testing

Skills/Experience        Thorough understanding of systems methodology and testing
BA in Information Systems or Business Administration or Computer Science
2 to 4 years of supporting Oracle Manufacturing and Inventory modules
Experience with a systems implementation is ideal
Balance of technical and functional skills SQL skills are a plus
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic world-wide community and the ability to work with various cultures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education Requirements        Required: Bachelor's, Business Administration and/or Computer Science and/or Information Technology
