Senior Contracts Administrator

We are recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Administrator to support a busy office in the York area, this is a permanent role, salary circa - £16000 - £18000 dependant on experience, immediate start. You will report directly to the office manager and be part of a small friendly team. You will have a varied and interesting role, duties as follows: Support the Office Manager with work and projects relating to the site Purchase Order Processing Contract Support Helpdesk Support Liaising with Engineers Some Finance experience, use of SAP, month end experience, invoice processing etc Answering the telephone and dealing with all enquiries All General Office Admin and Admin Support for the team Good all round IT skills and proficiency in MS Office including Word, Outlook and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a busy team environment This is a full time position, 40 hours per week.
