Job characteristics : The Project manager will participate in the project planning/monitoring and delivery of Software projects (Embedded and Mobile Applications) in Lighting Key areas of responsibility: Project Management (Plan, Track, Deliver) of Lighting projects. Work with the teams to proactively identify risks/issues in the early stages of the project and take appropriate actions to mitigate the risks/issues. Structured and well organized and working in a CMMi level 2/3 manner. Desired Profile Experience : 3 years of experience in Embedded/Mobile App Project management with 3 years hands on development Enthusiast who can work independently. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing software projects for embedded/mobile app development - Handled atleast 5 projects in the past from requirements to delivery - should posess expertise in SDLC - Should be able to handle project management tools like Microsoft Project, Agile Planner etc. - Should demonstrate competency in Agile and Waterfall way of working. - Should be familiar with technology Have a desire to listen to customers and present software solutions while setting reasonable expectations.
