She will take care of Sales team, service team, Admin and HR of Center. Creating marketing strategies and business plans along with the Franchisee Support Manager. Leading the Point team in organizing and executing the plans. Generating enquiries thru the Marketing Team Converting enquiries thru the Front Office Team / Advisors. Ensuring quality of service delivery to the customers thru the Consultants team Leading the administrative staff for Point maintenance etc. Ensuring over all smooth operation of the Point. Coordinating with the HO-HR dept for arranging periodical training for team members Understanding and analyzing the Shaadi Point work flow and providing input to improve it. Recording customer feedback appropriately and providing feedback to the Consultants team and the product development team. Recommending processes, templates, and standards (including escalation procedures) for improving customer service. Suggesting new ways as well as methods and channels to improve Shaadi Point Business and provide better customer service. Analyzing the various touch points with a customer and increasing interaction for generating additional revenue. The Center Manager will be completely responsible for the profitability of Center . She will be responsible for generating inquiries, converting them into premium memberships, achieving set revenue targets and ensuring quality of service delivery to customers. Managing, leading & controlling a team of 7-8 sales/service advisers. Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the team Also responsible for achieving individual monthly target apart from team's target. Managing attendance and leaves of the Team. Responsible for daily deposition of payment collected. Repotees: Relation ship advisor Sales Relation ship advisor Service Reporting to: Center Manager Important points *6 days working All Sundays will be compulsory working Rotational weekly off Every day 9 hrs working Incentives schemes are very attractive, you can earn incentives more than your salary 2. Relationship Advisor Sales Executvie (Exp 0.6 years - 5 years) NO COLD CALLING!! NO FIELD SALES!! *Attractive Salary plus Incentives* JD Making outbound calls to Shaadi.com Members offering assistance and up selling. Handling telephonic and Walk-in Enquiries at the centre Following the defined sales process to convert Enquiries into members. Following-up with Enquiries not converted Meeting Sales and conversion Targets Maintaining various reports related to Sales and Accounts. In case call needs to be escalated, noting details and forwarding it to the seniors. Coordinating with various functional heads. Interfacing with walk-in customers, explaining them features of Shaadi.com/shaadi.com centre and converting them to Premium Membership Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities. Co-ordinating with the service team to smoothly handover converted members. Calling out customer and making a sales pitch for paid memberships. Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the region. Maintaining various reports related to Sales and accounts. Calling up members and explaining the benefits of Shaadi.com product and services Good at communication skills. And Prior experience in Sales or Service will be an added advantage.
