Business Operations Executive

Responsibilities: Working in a back office environment to process cross border payments in accordance to established procedures. Client, Partner support Liaison with banks, clients and vendors. Provide good customer service and attending to clients’ calls. Reconciliation of transactions to the company’s financial accounting system. New product & service conceptualization, design, testing and implementation Process/procedure design and documentation User acceptance testing Control and compliance General Office duties Requirements: Applicants must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in a problem solving discipline (Business, Technology, Science, etc). Good knowledge of basic accounting is preferred. Meticulous with the capacity to work in team, as well as independently. Goods skills in Office productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc). Self starting team player, with a strong desire to learn Cultural awareness Commitment & ability to meet deadlines Singaporean or Permanent Resident Knowledge of either one of these languages: Mandarin, Malay/Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese would be beneficial but not essential to (to liaise witth various speaking customers/associates)
