Service Executive

Work as a Service Executive Expansion of Network as per the Sales requirement and also handling the currently active ASCs (Authorized Service Center) & Sales & Service Dealers. Monitoring the ASCs for SLA adherence. ( Cost/ Quality/ Response/ MSL) Monitor and resolve customer pending issues by tracking ASC repair jobs on a daily basis. Work closely with the PI sales team. Perform scheduled ASC evaluation; Identify NC parameters and skill up these ASCs to meet Panasonic guidelines. Proactively co ordinate with local Distributors, dealers & Brandshop to provide solution to all service issues. Perform monthly claim processing by validating the ASC job sheets. Proactively report all product quality issues to respective Product Manager based at HO. Desired Profile 3 - 4 years in Consumer Electronics, System products industry Should have worked as Service Engineer / Customer Care Executive for CE products. Good working knowledge of Word/ Excel & Presentation skills are desired.
