Assistant / Executive, Administration

Administrative Assistant Assist the Administrative Executive and the Group Principal in the operational, administrative, financial of the centres and audit matters; Maintain office files; Take minutes at meetings; Schedule and set up rooms for meeting; Prepare snacks for meeting Collate surveys and feedbacks received Provide all necessary administrative and clerical services needed Any other jobs assigned Administrative Executive Assist the assigned Group Principal in the operational, administrative, financial of the centres and audit matters; Work closely with the staff to achieve efficacy in the centres’ operations; Develop systems and processes to enhance the operational and administrative efficiency and economic of scale of the centres; Coordinate and liaise closely with government agencies and stakeholders; Manage customer relations; In-charge of the procurement, inventory control, centre setup, licensing, business development, infectious disease management of the centres; Handle database of student registration, teachers’ qualifications and financial reports Any other jobs assigned Requirements: Administrative Assistant Diploma in business administration or equivalent With 3 to 5 years operations/ administrative experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task , resourceful, well organised and be meticulous Work with initiative and independence Good team player with effective problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual in English and Chinese Administrative Executive Degree in any discipline or equivalent With 3 to 5 years operations/ administrative experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task , resourceful, well organised and be meticulous Work with initiative and independence Good team player with effective problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual in English and Chinese
