Field Service Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Process daily work orders for the Field Service Department, including time cards, travel time, air travel, labor hours, hotel, mileage and system parts used.
- Schedule/Dispatch/Travel Coordination for workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests.
- Oversee all communications within specifically assigned territories.
- Provide support regarding quotes to customers for service and maintenance contracts on an as needed basis.
- Resolve customer issues, interface with internal departments to ensure all customer expectations are met.
- Verify monthly Service Reports to ensure that all billable infomation is included.
- Provides support regarding the solicitation or renewal of maintenance or service contracts on an as needed basis.
- Maintain RMA records per established procedures for Service Department's inventory tracking.
- Prepare and provide reports as required.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Order supplies and equipment and issue them to personnel. Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
- Extensive interaction with other departments within the company to ensure that our commitments to our customers are met.
- Has authority to use other departments and managers for assistance to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
- Has authority to assist customers, internal and external, within departmental and corporate policies and procedures.
- Review and code orders correctly to ensure accurate management reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 to 4 years experience in customer service coordination or related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
- Knowledge of Service Management Systems preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic finance skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to make decisions and work independently
