Service Technical Support
Responsibilities:
* Ensure that billing, filing and paperwork processes are complete, accurate and on time.
* Perform technical troubleshooting of electronic systems and subsystems to include x-ray imaging electronic components, power supplies, and conveyor systems utilizing technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints over the phone and through email.
* Be able to communicate both in English and Spanish (Bilingual is preferred but not required).
* Provide customer knowledge of proper usage of equipment.
* Coordinate direct communications with the customer as required.
* Provide statistical analysis of various departmental data, field failures, call closure rate, etc.
* Maintain service call database and update technical support action item log.
Qualifications:
* Associates in technical discipline (engineering, electronics) required.
* Experience in the professional field of service (electronics preferred), technical support of electrical and electronic equipment.
* Ability to succeed in a high-pressure, fast paced environment.
* High motivated, tenacious, and goal oriented professionals eager to provide excellent customer service to attain high customer satisfaction results.
* Experienced in the field of electronics including installation, repairing, and preventive maintenance.
* Ability to easily interface with other technicians and all levels of employees of the company, domestically and internationally.
* The candidate must possess excellent communication and problem solving skills and have the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
* Possess a strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork is a must.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
* Must have good oral and written communication skills as well as customer service experience.
* Experience with a global service provider of manufactured products is a plus.
* Bilingual Spanish (read, write, speak) required
* Must be US Citizen.
