Senior Global GCO Training Manager

Support GCO objectives in meeting quality and compliance by ensuring structured, consistent trainings are provided to GCO associates according to globally defined needs. Organize and manage the effective delivery of global functional trainings Ensure GCO Training excellence Coordinate activities of GCO Regional Trainers Develop the GCO training plan Assess training needs of all GCO associates (HQ and local CPO roles). . Supervise the maintenance of the GCO training curriculum by role Develop training plans & schedules across GCO (HQ and CPOs) Develop and deliver training solutions Design training courses based on state of the art training methods and GCO needs Support onboarding of HQ associates Conduct training for HQ associates applicable Conduct train the trainer sessions for CPO roles as applicable Facilitate the implementation of global initiatives by supporting training related activities (de-sign, organization, implementation, roll-out) Minimize rework by sharing materials and training modules and promoting inter-CPO training Drive sharing best practices across the CPOs/region Work globally with GCO Training network and other training network members to prepare global training materials. Training excellence Harmonize training policies, processes, procedures throughout countries and regions, Review training compliance reports Regularly review training industry standards and best practices to evaluate application in GCO-training and improve training capabilities Manage network Lead or co-lead the GCO-training network and associated activities (meetings, sub groups.) Liaise with other training departments in Pharma Development and beyond to collaborate on common training initiatives and exchange on training practices Represent GCO-training on Development Training Network and other networks Act as a point of contact to GCO-training for regional trainers in region CN/AMAC: regular meetings, train the trainer, share best practice, support, ensure adequacy of reporting. Desired Profile Training qualification or equivalent GCP Qualification Life Science degree or equivalent (biology, medical, pharmaceutical....) would be an advantage Able to interact with multiple roles and personalities Able to drive deliverable completion in a complex environment Fluent in both written and spoken English Other languages appreciated 1. Over 5 years experience in a training department in a position of trainer or global training manager 2. Experience in managing training in a regulated envi-ronment 3. Excellent communications and negotiations skills 4. Proven Leadership and Management skills 5. Quality focused and a sense for details 6. Basic Computer skills (proficiency in all Microsoft office tools) 7. Knowledge of learning management systems 8. Proven understanding of the clinical development pro-cess 9. Leading and managing networks and working in a ma-trix environment Experience 5 - 6 Years Industry Type Pharma / Biotech / Clinical Research Role Training Manager
