Global R2R Process Manager

You will support the Global Process Owner Record to Report (R2R) to define end-to-end global standard processes and to identify key process improvements and simplification initiatives in the area of Record to Report across all Divisions.

You will work with Global R2R Process Manager, System and IT to identify the global finance systems that will best support the standard process. Within this responsibility, you will act as a partner to the business and drive process standardization and compliance with internal requirements and external regulations.

You will help to deliver productivity savings through a lean and efficient process supported by outsourcing, shared services or increased automation. You will ensure good process knowledge and expertise across countries and regions, through regular trainings and sustain a global network of process experts.

- Work with Global Process Mananger, ERP and regional SMEs to identify and document standard processes, information flows and controls.
- Identify areas of opportunity for process improvements, including areas where harmonization and standardization of processes is possible to better optimize the investments made in the global ERP/SAP systems and the shared services center.

- Support countries in the execution of the transformation roadmap towards lean and efficient processes supported by automation, outsourcing or shared services.

- Provide support to operations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of finance related processes and procedures including the sharing of Best Practices & optimization of finance related processes, procedures and controls across all Divisions

- Participate in global cross-diviosional Process Board meetings to review and approve changes to the standard process and to decide on actions required and timelines for the implementation/retrofit of new functionalities.

-Work closely with Financial Controls Managers to ensure process compliance

- Define and implement standard process measures, including: process KPIs, outsourcing SLAs and Operational Review data

- Work with Head of Outsourcing Operations and FSC Leadership Team to improve the KPIs at country/region levels/divisionand to develop credible improvement plans

- Act as a business partner for the FSC operations team, providing operational guidance Productivity

- Identify, evaluate and lead/co-lead productivity (IQP) projects with countries, shared service centers and outsourcing partner to deliver productivity savings and increase process efficiency.

- Develop, document and deliver standard process training materials
Minimum requirements    Higher degree in business administration and/or finance • Solid financial background with 8+ years spent in a finance, auditing and/or business process re-engineering positions • Prior operational work in Finance for at least 3 years (practical knowledge of processes like AP, AR, GL, T&E, etc.) • Experience with outsourcing and /or shared services • Have international exposures and is comfortable in a multi-cultural and diverse work environment • Strong Project Management and change management skills • Knowledge in SAP and other Finance & Procurement systems • IQP/ LEAN 6sigma experience • Additional experience in other functional areas is a plus • English (written & spoken fluently) • 1-2 of major languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) Any other languages are advantage
