Funds Flow Manager

Phase 1 (aprox. 6-12 months): Design, development and implementation of an intercompany funds flow process for Vaccines Division Phase 2: Consolidation and management of transfer prices and negotiation of financial measures with country CFOs in order to ensure optimal intercompany financial funds flows wordwide. The Funds Flow Manager will have direct responsibility for: Phase 1: - Designs & develops a Global Vaccines Funds Flow process together with Group Tax to ensure consistent and compliant transfer pricing set up and documentation of intercompany transactions (including R&D, Manufacturing/Service Agreements, etc.) - Designs & develops in collaboration with Group Tax a Vaccines transfer pricing policy which is compliant with OECD & Novartis Internal Guidelines - Ensures that funds flow processes and transfer pricing strategy is implemented in compliance with OECD, Novartis Internal & Vaccines Guidelines Phase 2: - Develops funds flow process improvements in close collaboration with Group Tax and co-ordinates the implementation of changes. - Negotiates intercompany Transfer Prices in a direct contact with the Finance Head of the CPOs in compliance with OECD & Novartis Internal Guidelines. - Negotiates inter-company financial measures in close collaboration with the Finance Head of countries and in close collaboration with Group Treasury and Group Tax. - Evaluates Co-Commercialization Deals and Agreements with 3rd Party customers in close collaboration with the respective stakeholders. - Maintains regular contacts to Global Supply Chain, Global Tech Ops Finance and Global R&D Finance and gives support in ad hoc requests. - Full responsibility for documenting and filing relevant details and information related to all the above.
Minimum requirements    MSc Business and Economics or equivalent Desirable: Certification in Accounting/Auditing, Familiar with Novartis set-up Min 5-7 years of International experience on Transfer Pricing and / or Tax International Experience, preferably in Latin America or Asia Hands on and detailed oriented English. Plus Spanish, German or Italian desirable
