Position Details: Primary Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Dream Weaver, HTML 5,Java Script, jQuery Mobile. Secondary Skills: Flash, jQuery Mobile, Personal Roles: We are looking for creative people who are passionate about building brilliant and purposeful user experiences. Candidates who thrive on a fast paced and highly collaborative environment will be ideal. Interacting with business and IT stakeholders to understand Business Requirements Explore and evaluate user needs to build compelling design concepts and experiences Strong analytical ability to investigate problem statements and creative intelligence to solve complicated use cases Proven expertise in building task flows, navigation maps, wire frames and mock-ups for enterprise class applications Strict adherence to w3c standards and error-free translation of wire frames to html mock-ups suitable for development Key Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in user centred design preferably with exposure on enterprise class applications/ portals. A degree in design, CUA / CXA certifications will be favourable but not a must Fluent in English and presentation skills. Good understanding of fundamental visual design principles (layout, composition, typography, color etc.) Well versed in Dreamweaver, Photoshop and other design tools HTML and CSS skills, with cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility. Familiarity with basic scripting, particularly Java script and jquery for functional prototyping Experience in building responsive design will be an added advantage.
