Creating rules to determine how to calculate bundled products based on contractual data. Communicating those rules and verifying the implementation of the rules for collection of data for software entitlement reporting. Identifying gaps in reporting. Working knowledge of HP SAM modules is desired. Identify deltas or gaps required by a vendors licensing policies for virtual environments and translate to rule sets for engineering team. Maintain accurate inventory records of all products under contract for support/maintenance services and verify inventory lists with user area.
