Senior Software Engineer

The Customer Service Engineering (CSE) team builds the technology enabling our amazing customer service.

You will be part of the team which plays a critical role in building a customer relationship management (CRM) application supporting our global Customer Service teams. Through the use of highly integrated custom software and enterprise-class technology solutions, this team has enabled Netflix to deliver superior customer service, consistently ranked among the best in the US. You will be responsible for architecture, design and development of the Netflix CRM technology stack running in Amazon’s public cloud environment. As we grow internationally and expand our customer base, we are working on innovative ways to allow our subscribers to interact with our Customer Service group and deliver the best service possible.

If you have stellar design and architecture skills, have experience in building web-based B2B solutions, have built applications in a cloud infrastructure and have 10+ years of experience, we would love to talk to you.

You have these skills:

- Strong Java experience, including web development

- OO design and programming

- Large-scale distributed systems experience

You may even have these skills:

- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure

- Experience building CRM applications

- NoSQL technologies and non-relational data stores
