Hands on experience in marketing /selling to Super specialists/specialists, preferably Nephrologists / Diabetologists / Cardiologists / Surgeons 2. Good understanding and experience in Key Account Management/Management of Corporate clients/Major institutions 3. 5-8 years of Experience in selling/promoting Pharmaceuticals/health care services/medical Instruments/Hospital services etc. 4. Experience in handling Insurance agencies/ TPAs - for empanelments 5. Experience in organizing awareness camps and Health talks and Road shows and promotional events 6. Experience in handling high energy teams Skills: 1. Good communication skills. Proficiency in English and local / vernacular language 2. Analytical ability with in-depth knowledge on local market 3. Quick learning and adaptability 4. Self starter with networking capability 5. Ability to identify/spot opportunities and leverage for business Education: 1. Graduation (with First Class) with Science back ground , preferably post graduation in Business Administration / Marketing / Communication from a good institute.
