Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:
You will support the Accountant to ensure the smooth operations of the department.

  • Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts.
  • Responsible for financial month-end closing and submission of management reports for reporting.
  • Prepares quarterly GST schedules and responsible for quarterly GST submission.
  • Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts and ensure payments are processed timely.
  • Prepares audit schedules.
  • Prepares and monitor cash flow forecast.
  • To undertake such tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Accountant.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
  • At least 3 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word and SAP Accounting System
  • Operates with integrity and honesty
  • Has an enquiring and analytical mind
  • Is accurate and meticulous
  • Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
