 Job Description

Provide superior banking service to customers in a professional manner. Provide customers and prospects with a clear understanding of the features and benefits of products and services offered at NPB. Expand and increase customer relationships through successful selling and/or referring techniques. Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions within established guidelines. Efficiently and accurately handle office operations. May supervise, train, coach and evaluate other FSR staff. May assume responsibility for making decisions in the absence of their supervisor.

Ensure all company, division and departmental policies, regulatory and compliance concerns and procedures are effective and implemented.

   1. Identify customer needs and sell/refer appropriate products and services.
   2. Ensures multiple customer demands are met to provide maximum service levels to all customers which includes engaging customers promptly, in a professional manner, within the Brand Culture.
   3. Process all financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
   4. Develop a thorough knowledge of all products and services available to customers, along with systems and procedures pertaining to the Community Office.
   5. Partner closely with office management to support the strategic sales/referral goals and contribute to the management of risk, operational efficiencies and overall objectives of the Bank.
   6. May provide coaching/supervision/training to less experienced branch staff.

Qualifications

    * High school diploma or GED, Continuing education preferred, e.g. ACE program at National Penn.
    * Superior Customer Service, Sales and Interpersonal skills.
    * Minimum two (2) years financial services/teller experience or 1 year teller experience with active participations and/or completion of the ACE program.
    * Proficient oral and written communication skills.
    * Working knowledge computer and math skills.
    * Supervisory experience/leadership qualities preferred.
    * Ability to multi-task.
    * Ability to lift coin, up to 35 lbs.
    * Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
    * Ability to travel to other community office locations or to training as needed.
    * Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
    * Ability to make sound decisions.
    * Authorized to process Retail Loan applications, SAFE Act NMLS Federal Registration.
