Job Description:
Provide superior banking service to customers in a professional manner. Provide customers and prospects with a clear understanding of the features and benefits of products and services offered at NPB. Expand and increase customer relationships through successful selling and/or referring techniques. Exercise management responsibility for the Branxh team in meeting the Bank's administrative, operational, and sales and service objectives. Performs or supports the supervision, training, coaching, and evaluating of staff. Ensure all company, division and departmental policies, regulatory and compliance concerns and procedures are effective and implemented.
1. Partner closely with branch management to achieve the Bank's financial, operational, sales, service, strategic and risk objectives.
2. Identify customer needs; sell/refer appropriate products and services. Ensures multiple customer demands are met to provide maximum service levels to all customers which includes engaging customers promptly, in a professional manner, within the Brand Culture.
3. Performs, delegates and monitors daily branch tasks, ensuring operational efficiency, integrity and risk mitigation through adherence to policies & procedures.
4. Integral to the hiring, coaching, supervision, training and evaluating to staff.
5. Participate in Community activities internal and external business development as appropriate.
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED, college drgree or equivalent business experience equivalent to two (2) years financial services/sales experience and one (1) year supervisory experience.
* Superior service, sales, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office required.
* Proficient oral and written communication skills.
* Retail lending and business development experience preferred.
* Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
* Ability to travel to other Branch locations or to training as needed.
* Ability to lift coin, up to 35 lbs.
* Ability to multi-task. Ability to make sound decisions.
* Continuing education preferred, e.g. ACE.
* SAFE Act NMLS Federal Registration.
