Marketing Communications Specialist

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing management to create and integrate marketing strategies
-Assist in the planning and execution of the overall communications strategy
-Provide writing and editing support for outbound communication including all promotional materials and website content
-Coordinate communications projects with vendors for the development and production of
•Promotional materials
•Web site production
•Other collateral
-Coordinate tradeshow exhibits including promotional materials and booths
-Assist with a variety of Corporate Communications projects
•Creation of PowerPoint presentations
•Light copywriting
•Product promotions
-Manage the corporate merchandize catalog
-Stay current with industry practice on marketing communications using knowledge to impact communication tactics.
-Track success of individual marketing campaigns
•Provide regional statistics
•Provide product based statistics
-Update and maintain inventory of marketing material
•PowerPoint presentations per product
•PowerPoint presentation targeted for client
•Assist sales in creating sales specific presentations
•Promotional materials

 -A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required.
-Requires excellent written and verbal communications skills.
-Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
-Resourcefulness in solving problems
-Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
-Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
-Expertise in the Office Products e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access
-Ability to develop presentations
-Superior professionalism and judgment
-Strong work ethic
-Available to travel
