Description
 SUMMARY:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with assigned accounts in assigned territory. Identify account activity information and marketing opportunities. Deliver proposals to customers and close sales to increase market share and profitability.

BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for marketing available rigs to customers in assigned territory.
2. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships in a cost effective manner and actively participate in operational activities.
3. Identify and prioritize opportunities within assigned accounts.
4. Analyze new customers operations and practices to determine their needs and recommend solutions through customer presentations.
5. Follow-up on problem jobs and customer complaints to resolve outstanding issues.
6. Resolve issues regarding invoices, well planning and service quality.
7. Maintain detailed customer information including activity, contacts and organization drivers for marketing strategy and forecasting.
8. Ensure commercial knowledge to enable closure of contracts.

Qualifications
  Must possess knowledge and skills in window based computer systems.
 Must be organized and have the ability to adhere to priorities and deadlines.
 General knowledge of safety and environmental regulations/requirements.
 Must possess knowledge of oilfield equipment and supplies.
 Must be capable of utilizing effective time management skills and meeting project deadlines.
 Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
 Must possess flexibility and the capacity to handle wide range of situations and personalities.
 Must be able to travel as needed.

EDUCATIONAL AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE:

► Bachelor degree in Marketing or related degree.
► 2 years experience in oil and gas service industry.
► Prior experience in product marketing.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and talk and hear. The employee is required frequently to use hands and digits to handle or feel work material. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Lifting/carry up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 5 to 10 lbs daily. Must be able to use/wear applicable personal protective equipment which may include but is not limited to safety-toed foot wear (with ankle height support), back support belt, hearing protection, safety eye-wear with side shields, gloves and hard hat. May occasionally be required to wear approved/applicable respiratory protection equipment (respiratory protection guidelines would apply with regard to medical evaluation and fit testing of equipment). Frequent assent/decent of stairs/steps, especially at field locations. Must be able to respond quickly to an emergency situation.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Note: the work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
 The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; however, field locations may be at a high level whereby appropriate hearing protection may be required.
 Building AC/Heating systems is a typical “closed loop” system.
 Field locations may range in temperature of below zero (0) to above one hundred (100) degrees, depending upon time of year, with varying levels of humidity.
 Field locations may be dusty, wet, or muddy depending upon weather conditions.
