Primary responsibilities: Evaluation of Existing & New Products for their Suitability in respective Region To Support R & D to develop new products based on requirements of Market To forecast future market of Selected Products. To offer need based service to Sales staff & Farmers on Technical Aspects Identify Customers & area needs & communicate these needs to Sales force, End Users & channel Responsible for: multi-location trials in target areas data capture and evaluation, conclusion and recommendations of the trials providing technical support to Sales & Marketing team collection of germplasm locally, coordinating with Universities and Institutes locally. Accountable for doing market survey to understand the competitors activity and compile information. Deliverables expected: New products will be trailed & demonstrated in major vegetable pockets, which will help us to position the products accordingly & promotional activities like field demonstration, Fields days & Field visits will definitely help us to grow our business.
