Bodies BMC and others 6.Event Management 7.Guest House, Hotel, Ticketing and Travel Management 8.Facility Repairs and Maintenance, House Keeping and Security Management 9.Real Estate Management - Own and Leased Premises 10.Project Management - New Premise Setup, Relocation, Renovation and Up gradation 11.Asset Maagement 12.Inventory Management JOB Details *Coordinating with center facility person and Ensuring day to day maintenance activity of Branches and Central Offices in Region. *Strong hands on Infra, Procurement and Asset Management *Coordinating with center facility person and Ensure to keep office premise clean and dust free throughout the day. *Coordinating with center facility person and Ensure for all electrical, plumbing and carpentry services are functional properly. *Safety and Security of premise to be ensured. *Coordinate with Landlord, Building Management/Society for common area services e.g. lift operation etc. *Coordinate with Suppliers, Vendors & service providers for smooth & uninterrupted operation of the Central Office and Branches in Region. *Coordinate with Repair & Maintenance Vendor and AMC providers. *Ensure periodical health checkup of all critical equipment"s. *Ensure the monthly payments of Utility bills (Electricity and Water & Sewerage etc) on time of the Central and Branch Offices across Region. *Liaise with local authorities as and when needed on behalf of organization. *Indenting request for procuring assets for Central Office / Branch upon approvals in coordination with CSO & Procurement team. *Monthly provisions to be shared with Head CSO and tracking of the Branch OPEX Budget. *Track all service providers" payments for services rendered for Central and Brach offices. *Maintain updated stacking plan and share with the Head CSO. *Necessary help to be extended Business/HC/Sales & Marketing and training team for organizing events, Hotel Bookings and Travel Arrangement.
