Solutions Marketing Retail/Branch
This role’s primary focus is to execute Solution Marketing activities in support of NICE Retail/Branch solutions. This role requires experience in marketing to Enterprise B2B customers, including product messaging and positioning, content, sales enablement tools and field marketing programs. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. In your product marketing role you will be the expert in buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.
Activities include:
* Develop solution/product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market
* Promoting thought leadership through blog posts, webinars, white papers, speaking events, etc.
* Developing content in support of global and regional marketing campaigns and initiatives and responses to competitive situations
* Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools and collateral (sales presentation decks, brochure content, demonstration tools, etc.) that support the selling process of your products
* Speaking on panels, webcasts, user group meetings, analyst and press briefings
* Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
* Evangelize to and educate industry analysts
* Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; industry trends and competitive offerings; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them
* Demand generation – develop the strategy and partner with other marketing teams to drive demand for your products
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business
Requirements:
* 5+ years software product marketing experience in Enterprise space
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
* Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
* Occasional international travel
* Software Product Marketing experience in banking, healthcare, insurance or retail a plus
* MBA a plus
