HR Manager



Responsibilities:

    * The HR Manager works collaboratively with business teams and senior HR staff to understand the business strategies, goals, objectives and key performance measures of the organization
    * The HR Manager uses this knowledge and understanding to align and drive key HR strategies / initiatives, expertise, insight and solutions to support the culture and key business function needs
    * Serves as a partner, change agent, HR expert and advisor to the internal clients
    * Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing all HR programs in support of the business teams and senior HR staff, with heavy emphasis on staffing, performance management, coaching and employee relations
    * Executes the roll out of company-wide HR programs and practices
    * Provides business partner consulting to all levels of organization within client group
    * Actively involved with internal customers to assure questions and concerns are being addressed
    * Responds proactively to internal clients issues
    * Provides HR support to diverse workforce in multiple locations
    * Works closely with the Americas HR team to provide back-up and support, share best practices and discuss issues, and participate in new program development
       

Education:

    * Bachelors degree or equivalent with focus in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline
    * HR certification and/or specialized training in HR is highly desirable

 

Requirements:

    * At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
    * Must be a hands-on individual, willing to manage HR processes from end to end, from administrative to strategic
    * Must have extensive recruitment experience at all levels of an organization
    * Experience with high tech, medium-sized, and global businesses a strong plus
    * Fast-paced environment, willing to work long hours when needed
    * Strong HR legal knowledge and experience
    * Excellent communication skills, judgment & discretion
    * Ability to support managers & employees both locally and remotely, throughout Americas region
    * Occasional travel required
