Sales Manager Financial

 Responsibilities:

    * Responsible for all aspects of sales of NICE advanced applications to the financial & energy trading markets.
    * This role combines the ability to uncover and drive sales opportunities with the ability to work directly with large global customers and prospects in addition to working through large strategic channel partners.
    * To develop relationships with the C-level execs in IT and Compliance departments within account base.
    * To develop individual’s relationships with channel organizations in the financial & energy markets.
    * To identify, prospect and develop accounts in the Financial and Energy markets.
    * To develop and execute a global account business plan; positioning NICE capabilities with customer’s business strategy.
    * To understand the top regulatory agencies responsible for compliance in the financial and energy markets.
    * Analyze customer’s business situation to identify constraints and new opportunities due to technological advances.
    * Establish multi-million dollar, multi-year business plans with the accounts and communicating within NICE to gain internal support.
    * Enroll account team, partners, and internal company resources in defining and implementing account strategy.
    * Responsible for achieving annual account quota. Personally negotiating Strategic wide agreements.
    * Ensure the proposed sales and solutions capitalize on NICE strengths and can be implemented globally; promote trust in NICE and enhance NICE’s reputation for delivering promised results.


Education:

    * Minimum BS or BA degree, preferably in business, finance accounting or computer science


Requirements:

    * High profile sales person with excellent communication and presentations skills
    * Proven successful ability to sell $1M ERP or Enterprise software/business solutions/business intelligence to key decision makers
    * Ability to develop relationships with the ‘C’ or VP level business users to sell based on business value
    * Ability to interface with Sales Engineers and IT users to understand high level technical requirements
    * Experience with financial industry and trading solutions is a plus
    * Global vision, creativity and long term planning ability required
    * Utilize NICE industry partners in full coordination with other functions in the company to increase revenues in his accounts.
    * Must be highly motivated, self disciplined with the ability to build relationships while working through large strategic partners.
