Project Manager

Position Summary Position name: Project Manager Planning organization: Sales Professional Services Headcount function: Professional Services - India Title Reports to: Executive Program Manager Position Description The Professional Services Department is focused on delivering all aspects of NCR breakthrough solution to its customers. Members of the Professional Services team work together in a project based environment that has a significant consultative sales component to ensure that customers receive full benefits from our solution. All members of the team must acquire an in-depth understanding of NCR products and services and be effective in interacting with other parts of the organization including Product Management, Operations and Engineering. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the customer relationship from the moment the Sales team engages with opportunity through implementation and closeout. Project Manager is responsible to Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitoring and Control and Closeout on ATM Deployment Project. Meet Internal and customer Revenue and Deployment target. Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. Project Manager must possess a balance of analytical problem solving and strong interpersonal and relationship development skills. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and execute an implementation project plan, meeting all deliverables of the projects and meet Target timelines. Provide proactive strategic implementation guidance to the customer's steering board and management teams. Own and manage all client configuration activities including but not limited to: system configurations, business rules, and business processes. Develop and execute plans to address customer satisfaction gaps. Own the relationship with each of his/her assigned customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction and referencability Manage a multi-function internal implementation team (3-6 people) throughout the process. Present to and interact with senior and middle-management executives Required Experience: Proven track record of successful implementation of at least two turnkey projects comprising of the Hardware and Software components. ATM Deployment preferable. Implementation of ATM's / Retail products. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Handling Third Party Hardware / Software Delivery. Desired Profile Strong interpersonal skills. Minimum of 1 - 2 years or related experience Total Experience 8 -10 years Required Education: B.E or Equivalent Degree. Desired Skill Sets: Turnkey Project Implementation. Experience in Financial Services Domain Knowledge of ATM Deployment and Project Management lifecycle Qualifications Relevant graduation/post-graduation. Experience 8 - 12 Years Industry Type IT-Software / Software Services Role Project Manager-Telecom
