Sr. Exec HR

RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Identify shortlist, interview (first round) and short-list candidates for all the positions of Branch Manager, Account Assistant, CCE, Regional Office and Office Boys positions allotted. 2) Send Conduct of interviews and furnish recommendations to the seniors on the suitability of candidates in advance based on manpower planning. 3) Assessment of staff requirement on basis of additional business increase, retirement, resignations, terminations and on account of new branch opening. 4) All preliminary works related to the interviews for Branch Managers and all other position assigned. 5) Conducting interviews at various venues on basis of applications received for the position depending upon the requirement of the Regions allotted . 6) To do the reference checks of candidates selected . 7) Update MIS on weekly basis and submit to the Reporting Bosses. 8) Coordinate with Vigilance Officer for Vigilance of selected candidates for the Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager and Regional Office positions. 9) Conduct Exit Interviews of candidates. 10) Any other work or duty which management decides to assign.
