Front Office

Job responsibilities Provide Murex system support and system upgrades for users in the front office. Provide day to day system and applications supports to front office to back office users in the Interest Rates Derivatives, FX Derivatives, Money Market, and Commodities business. Facilitate the communication of user requirements to I.T. developers, business analysts and project managers Build good relationship with respective business users and ensure IT and business alignment is visible. Proactively generate awareness to management of strategic issues needed to keep IT aligned with business priorities. Advise and train business user of product configuration, trade booking, trade life cycle management and positions monitor using Murex system Incident Managements and own communications upon system issues / outages. Requirements Bachelor graduate in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent work experience in Murex or similar system. At least 5 years of working experience in IT system and application support. Strong experience in supporting Murex Mx.3 platform and front office trader user supports. Strong product knowledge in financial market, IRD, FXD & MM. Knowledge of OSP and related workflow queue, Murex EOD processing and Datamart are desirable. Knowledge of Control-M or Unix scripting. Good communication and interpersonal skills Confidence to build a rapport with the traders Excellent problem solving skill Location Singapore Remuneration $60,000-110,000 per annum + Variable Bonus
