Principal

Responsibilities: Work closely with local regulatory agencies to meet requirements regarding licensing, health and safety for the centre. Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives. Lead and motivate a team of teachers Prepare lesson plans and teaching aids Conduct lessons according to curriculum and enrichment programmes Maintain good communication and establish good rapport with parents Assist with the daily running and operations of the centre Plan and prepare monthly reports as required by board and senior management. Report to board and corporate management. Requirements: Diploma in Early Childhood education (Leadership) and preferably with a Degree in Early Childhood Education. At least 2 years of teaching and/or management experience in a childcare / preschool and at least 1 year experience in management in childcare / preschool will be favourable.
