Inside Aesthetics Sales Representative

The Inside Aesthetics Sales Representative (ASR/IAR) solicits, develops, sells and closes new accounts, maintains existing accounts, generates sales to meet and exceed corporate thresholds, and handles all customer inquires / needs.  ASR/IARs will train physicians and office staff on all aesthetics products, as well as develop and implement patient and office marketing programs to generate incremental sales for Medicis as well as the physician.  The ASR/IAR will collaborate with the corporate and field Sales and Marketing departments to design and implement marketing and/or promotional programs.  They will work with the field sales team when identifying larger accounts for field interaction.  They will be the key contact for their customers and first point of contact for their physician account base.
Daily Responsibilities:

    * Initiate outbound calls to physician's offices to generate sales to meet or exceed stated quarterly thresholds on all Aesthetics products
    * Act as a primary point of contact for Physician's offices for the negotiation of sales orders
    * Interface with Physician offices and internal training staff in coordinating training for Physicians
    * Train the physician and their staff on all Aesthetics products when applicable
    * Maintain Physician accounts with outbound calls for those territories uncovered by outside Field Sales
    * Provide exceptional customer service to external and internal customers
    * Implement Company approved Marketing Materials to help Physician Accounts grow their Restylane, Perlane, and Dysport business
    * Track marketing material distribution to territory accounts
    * Keep current with all compliance related good promotional practices
    * Be a team player

Periodic Responsibilities:

    * Participate in all Company sponsored meetings (quarterly)
    * Participate in bi-monthly team meetings
    * Track samples allocations (as needed)


    * Bachelor's Degree required
    * Two years consultative sales experience
    * Inside Sales Experience preferred
    * Health care industry background preferred
    * Microsoft Office proficient
