Customer Service Consultant

We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Consultant to join our insurance team in a permanent full time capacity. Representing a world leader in the telecommunications industry you will be a valued member of this 16 person team.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to manage a high volume of customer enquiries in addition with administration requirements. We are seeking an employee who is friendly, proactive, and able to professionally represent our client. By nature this team is supportive, collaborative and driven to provide exceptional customer services on behalf of our client.
Key responsibilities:

    * Answering inbound calls;
    * Claim assessment;
    * Assisting with general insurance related enquiries regarding mobile phone replacement accounts;
    * Representing the client professionally and dealing with calls in a courteous manner;
    * Data entry: documenting enquiries and processing the required information;
    * Relaying accurate policies and information to customers;
    * Supporting Team Leaders on initiatives;
    * Keeping records and the database up to date.

Standard working hours are between Monday to Friday in rotating shifts starting as early as 8:00am and finishing as late as 6:10pm.
The successful candidates will demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to handle all types of customer enquiries. You will need to execute a clear and pleasant phone manner, a professional work ethic, and the ability to interact with people at all levels. Working within this great environment, you will receive on going training and exposure into a professional customer service environment.
