As a Participant Services Representative, you will directly interact with Mercer's plan participants over the phone and define the level of service we provide.   You will also manage incoming calls from plan participants; provide retirement, healthcare, or absence management plan information, and ensure that participants receive excellent service.
Qualifications

    * College degree with previous customer servce and/or equivalent industry experience preferred.
    * Six or more months experience in benefits administration preferred. Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
    * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Excellent communications skills. Ability to research, follow-up and resolve issues. Thoroughly understand and carry out written or oral instructions in a time sensitive environment. Spanish-speaking is a plus.
    * Series 7 & 63 licensures preferred
