The Resource Professional oversees the day-to-day relationship between customer representatives and the Experis field organization and the Manpower Group organization with respect to order and assignment management activities for assigned Experis accounts.  Manages the day-to-day process, ensuring opportunity fulfillment and high-level customer service for the client.

• Responsible for facilitating the order fulfillment process to capitalize on Experis/Manpower Group revenue and GM growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as the liaison between the client, the field offices and our suppliers to successfully manage opportunity fulfillment.
• Provide guidance and be a process/technology resource for client, field end-users, and internal departments.
• Contact hiring manager to validate incoming orders to insure complete understanding of order requirements.
• Load/Administrate Order Requisitions into Econometric tool.  To insure Distribution of orders to appropriate Experis offices and suppliers and recruiters in accordance with the account terms and   conditions. Create reports out of Econometrics using Excel.
• Review candidates resumes as applicable to insure all client requirements are met.
• Track Purchase Order tenure and expiration tracking through .Provide appropriate reporting to client.
• Assist Experis field organization to increase fill rates on all orders.
• Knowledge of appropriate staffing or professional skill set as it relates to client workforce.
• Meet or exceed all applicable account SLAs/KPIs as outlined by client and supervisor.
• Prepare maintain and distribute program reports as needed. (Tracker, Scorecard etc).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field 2+ years Administrative or Recruiting/Account Management Experience.  Excellent organizational and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to deal effectively and apply good judgment in stressful situations.
