Recruiting Sourcer

Experis is searching for an internal Recruiting (CORE) Sourcer for our Charlotte Center-Industry experience is not required but a passion for our industry is a must!
Responsible for sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates according to client specifications, as well as ensuring that each candidate goes through the Experis Introduction program before transitioning the candidate over to a Recruiter.  Works with the Account and Recruiter to develop client footprints and source appropriate candidates to develop and maintain a strong pipeline that fit those requirements.  Sourcers are responsible for generating sales leads from their pipelining efforts.  Additionally, provides administrative support for the Recruiting Team.
• Sources potential candidates, for client specific requirements as well as pipelining efforts, by utilizing various methods (i.e., networking, referrals, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, local colleges, user/technical groups, etc.);
• Screens and qualifies candidates according to Experis standards and client or footprint specifications before the candidate is transitioned to the appropriate Recruiter.  This includes reviewing resume against skill set and experience requirements, ensuring candidates complete a Experis Employment Application, checking candidate references, conducting background checks, coordinating technical assessments, and assuring each candidate goes through the Experis Introduction program.
• Maintains Experis databases in order to capture candidate/prospect information, sourcing activity, placement information, etc.  Records applicant flow information in Experis' database, FOX, and identifies the disposition reasons for each applicant;
• Works with branch management and staff to develop a technical footprint that is appropriate for the market; sources candidates appropriate to develop and maintain a sufficient pipeline for Recruiters;
• Generates viable sales leads from pipelining efforts and transitioning them to the appropriate Account Manager to pursue.
• Provides general and varied administrative support to the Recruiting Team (i.e., format candidate or consultant resumes, sends Experis literature to candidates, assists with preparation for job fairs, creates presentations, reports, correspondence, etc.).
• Reports to work on a timely basis, observes normal work hours (8:00am to 5:30pm) or those hours agreed upon that are adequate to support recruiting operations and their initiatives; works overtime as necessary and approved by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent experience, plus at least one year of professional work experience in a fast-paced general administrative support position.  Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines is required. Must have excellent follow-up skills, PC skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
