Program Manager HUBS

The Manager - Program Delivery oversees day to day recruiting processes for MGS Clients and directly manages a flexible team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators, either virtual, or onsite. In this particular role, this Manager will be overseeing a shared services team that helps to support all MBS Client teams. He/She works with an MBS Directors or MBS Program Leadership to create and implement innovative processes. This role will include managing and coordinating the efforts of our Sourcing and Screening Hub or Offshore Sourcing Relationship. Also responsible for coaching and assisting with the development of Delivery Consultants and Delivery Coordinators and providing guidance on sourcing and screening strategies. Based at ManpowerGroup HQ in Milwaukee.
Required Years Experience
• 7-10 years of recruiting management or human resources/talent acquisition, in a high volume environment
· Experience in at least five industries/verticals or specialty recruiting experience
• Experience managing resource productivity and allocation of time.
• Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Experience in coaching and/or managing a team
• Experience in advanced sourcing and research
• Experience at coaching and mentoring

Primary Job Functions
• Directly oversee a team of MBS Delivery entry level talent.
• Overall responsibility for forecasting, budgeting and managing to revenue and profitability targets.
• Serve as an ambassador for MBS and assigned Clients principles and respect the diversity of cultures.
• Partner with Client's recruiting leadership and operational hiring managers, mid to executive level.
• Analyze, develop, recommend and implement recruitment strategies.
• Work with the Client and MBS Team to develop recruiting metrics and benchmarks.
• Develop and provide weekly and monthly reporting to Clients.
• Allocate workload and resources appropriately.
• Conduct Weekly one-on-ones with direct reports to assess progress as well as strategize on Client needs.
• Conduct quarterly and annual employment reviews based on scorecard performance measurements and MBS values expectations.
• Work with direct reports to develop strategy and solutions to improve overall recruiting activity and client satisfaction.
• Identify areas to grow Client's scope of services to include additional MBS and Manpower group of companies offerings
• Maintain accountability for database integrity.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Team to participate in sales pursuits which could  include crafting RFP responses, assisting with solution design and participating in sales meeting at Client sites
• Create relationships with community-based organizations and other centers of influence.
• Understand business/organizational issues and challenges as they relate to staffing.
