Executive - Private Label

BUSINESS Top line and Bottom line responsibility of Private Label Portfolio Private Label share responsibility in respective categories Planned Vs Actual product/SKUs development & launches PRODUCT Data analysis & presentation, recommending product/SKU development Supporting product development activities Participating & overseeing product research activities Co-ordinating the entire product launch activities BUYING Assist in vendor identification and recruitment Building relationshipship and co-ordinating with vendors Co-ordinating with vendors (product & packaging) for lead time reduction management Tracking key ingredient prices for maintain product competitiveness STOCK MANAGEMENT Production planning for entire range with vendors to ensure stocks in the pipeline at all times Stock Indenting and management to eliminate stock outs and achieve 100% fill rate OTHERS Responsible for space utilization by PL at store level Ensuring proper product shelfing and display of stock + price talkers Developing sampling calendar and overseeing the sampling activity at all store locations Regular performance reporting, maintaining & managing data for respective Private Label portfolio Tracking competitor (Benchmark & other Private Labels) Salary:INR 50,000 - 1,50,000 P.A Industry:Retail / Wholesale Functional Area:Sales, Retail, Business Development Role Category:Retail Sales Role:Sales/Business Development Manager Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization) AND ( Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required) Meticulous & Planning Strong conceptualization capabilities Communication, Interpersonal, Team work, Enthusiastic, Thirst to Learn
