Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for Technical Support Engineer for one of the best product startups of India. Rotational shifts flexibility Requirements Sound experience in software / IT / International BPO. Basic knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML and CSS. Good knowledge of protocols, errors and networking & Personal computing environment. Good Knowledge of Linux/Unix, Web Servers, FTP etc, will be an added advantage. Good Troubleshooting skills and temperament for customer service. Strong work ethic someone who loves to crank out the great work and takes pride in professionalism, responsibility, and proactive. Job responsibility Planning, execution and implementation of complex projects. Building positive relationship with the clients. Candidate will be working directly with the clients and the interaction with the clients will be through our own Helpdesk (Tickets, Live Chat).. Adopt a team approach; work with team in pursuing common goals. Liaising with Senior Management, team and other department heads. Lead creativity and continuous improvements in work flow.
