Business Development Manager(regional)

Job Description Job Scope Actively identify new business opportunities with the aim of translating it into sustained revenue and profit growth for the regional market Compete aggressively and strategically to achieve strong market leadership and acquire market share Collaborate at every level across the organisation Coach, motivate and develop team-members to deliver highest performance Extensive travel is required Requirements Technical experience in the electronics industry, preferably SMT and Stencils Highly motivated, reliable and responsive to business needs Responsible risk-taker Demonstrable competence in marketing and negotiation Fluency in English and Mandarin language is a must while proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage A valid Class 3 driving license is required.
