Inside Sales Specialist (software Services)
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads for Product Engineering Services. This individual should be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with strong verbal communication skills and a drive to reach decision makers is essential! The Inside Sales Specialist is expected to: Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the JadeGlobal and identify appropriate buyers within the target market. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the JadeGlobal will speak to those needs. Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel. Work with the Sales Manage & Practice Director to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals. Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate. Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Ready to work in shifts/US hours MOST IMPORTANT Excellent verbal and written communication skills - IMPORTANT 1-3 years professional inside sales experience in Product Engineering Services, Working knowledge of IT / SW (such as SW products, Technology Products, Technical Background preferred), should be able to address basic questions during initial sales pitch Bachelors Degree Motivated and results oriented Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)/ CRM Salary:INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A Industry:IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area:Sales, Retail, Business Development Role Category:Corporate Sales Role:Sales Executive/Officer
