F&B Service Associate / Senior F&B Service Associa

Performs all the service related tasks in the department and complies with and exceeds standard operating procedures. Ensures strict adherence to the departmental guidelines and controls. Be aware of events, food festivals, functions and operations in the food & beverage department. Attend daily briefings and pro-actively listen and participate as required. Be able to operate Micros. Follow policies for voids/billing. Bus all tables with attention to, clean dry and non-sticky table- tops, floor area, cushions /seats cleaned/crumbed. Ensures all tables in the station are ready for guests at all times. Salary:INR 90,000 - 1,25,000 P.A.
