1. Recruitment a)Recruitment of Trainees/ Contract employees like operators and site incharge / ON Roll Employees b) Recruitment of approved additional manpower/Replacements e) Preparation of appointment, renewal & confirmation letters , incase of salary hike for site operators should be budget approval by BM and send it to Corporate b) Creation of Resume Data Bank for all positions 3. Induction a) Hiring process in SAP / Joining formalities Statutory Compliance on Date of Joining. b) Branch level induction for all ON ROLL employees( Induction CD, policies, uniform etc) 4. JDs And KRAs a) Ensuring Job description for all employees b) KRA setting ( with BM) for all ON ROLL employees other than Trainees 5. Training and Development a) With the help of BM, identify Technical & Soft skills training for all ON ROLL employees. d) Ensuring of at least two days of technical and soft skill training in a year for all employees e) Ensuring documentation of all training & Induction activities as per ISO requirements. f) Ensuring that the Training Feedback Forms are sent to the Corporate Office. g) Ensuring that the Training Effectiveness Evaluation Forms are sent to the Corporate Office. 6. Motivation and Welfare a) To facilitate interaction amongst employees through Town Hall meeting. b) Ensuring Birthday celebration and Employee of the month. c) Reduce the employee grievances by effective Counseling and involvement. d) Facilitating Medical, LTA and other employee benefits. e) Organize Family get together, picnic etc. 7. Exits a) Ensuring the exit formalities for all out going regular employees. b) Prepare a monthly report on exit interviews conducted, to identify the root causes of employee exits and submit to Head HR/RH. c) Coordinate with Corporate for clearing of Employee PF/Final settlement. 8. Others: a) Ensure that the MIS report is sent to the Corporate HR by 28th of every month. b) Ensure that the Mail ID Creation request for all new Joinees is sent to the Corporate. c) Ensure that the Mail ID Deletion request at the time of Employees leaving the organization is sent to the Corporate. d) Maintaining employee personal record 9. General a) Visit sites in a month / Coordinate with O&M coordinator related to site issues and solve it. b) Doing site audits and the audit report should be submitted to the BM. c) Ensure uniforms for O&M contract employees as per the Service Agreement. d) Promoting Green HR in the Co. like switch OFF fan lights and monitors when not in use and to use one sided sheets for print. e) Arrangement of stationery for the branch. 10 Statutory Compliance Timely Compliance of: PF, ESI/Workmens Compensation, All Labour Compliance Mediclaim and Personal Accident Cover. 11 House Keeping Upkeep the Office Premises 12 Documentation and Reporting HRMIS Report every month Attendance Report Leave Records Expense Statements Employee Records
