Service Manager
To control & Monitor the entire the service operation in the region. To Expand Service network in line with the expansion. To ensure proper replinshment of spares & consumables against receipt of defective spares and consumables and complaint form. To ensure that adequate saleable units, spares and consumables are avilable at all branches. To analyse product wise breakdown & repeat calls , nature of complaint and spares consumption and give feedback. To increase productivity by imparting periodic training and motivating the service personal. To achieve maximum revenue target budgeted for the region. To conduct periodic audit on stocks and consumption of spares. To ensure Revenue collected through service contracts, service charges and sales of spares and consumables are submitted along with all relevant document from all branches.
