Candidate will be responsible for Planning & Conceptualizing the strategy to achieve business goals, profitability and to develop and maintain relationship with the channel partners. Support, Manage, Train & Develop strong sales team network and identify new opportunity to enhance sales. Report to the top management to gauge the development of the company and should establish healthy business relations with the clients. Candidate should be well versed in interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business. Develop and Implement the Marketing Strategy, Establish and Manage New Channel partners for maximize revenue generation and lead closures. Will be working in close association with Head Marketing in the strategy for Sales promotion of undergoing and upcoming projects. Desired Candidates Profile Incumbent should have a minimum 15 Years of relevant experience in Wealth Management/Luxury Segment. Should have the strong base of Ultra HNI Clients. S/he should have a hands on management style and proven experience of managing and motivating a Sales Team. Should also have excellent relationship account management skills and should ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Salary:INR 25,00,000 - 40,00,000 P.A.
