Senior Manager / Manager - Recruitment

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the End End management of the Recruitment process from Manpower planning to implementation of the Hiring Plan to ensure closure of the recruitments within the set SLAs using cost effective sources. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the end-end hiring for volume as well as lateral positions Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process Responsible for sourcing, interacting with vendors & managers in managing the day-day hiring needs Coaching and Mentoring team members, ensuring team meets targets as per process and stated SLAs Head hunting or using innovative channels for recruitment Gap analysis on required vs available Selects metrics for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source Maintain Reports, Publish trackers to respective HODs on crucial position hiring Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies Conducts job interviews for the required positions (or key jobs in the organization) Monitors and ensures adherence to the recruitment process from a Compliance point of view Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics Desired Profile Experience, Knowledge, Skills/competencies required (what is expected to be achieved to meet organizational goals) 8-11 years experience with 5+ yrs of BPO recruitments experience handling volume & lateral requirements Excellent Headhunting and Sourcing skills Graduate from any stream Excellent communication skills Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others Comfortable working in stretched shifts Experience 8 - 11 Years Industry Type BPO / Call Centre / ITES Role Recruitment Manager
