Associate / Sr. Associate / Specialist - Accounts

To follow up on claims effectively to reduce the AR days. This will include excellent analytical skills to evaluate the federal and state guidelines for all the major insurance companies and various specialties across USA. Responsibilities: Responsible for calling Insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivables Strong convincing power and to dispute the claims that are pending with Payers Sound domain knowledge on the Revenue cycle management (RCM) for US healthcare process Adherence to company policies rules and regulations Adherence to HIPAA guidelines and policy recommended for the process Other Duties as Assigned: Production and Quality targets to be met on daily basis Clear communication with the supervisors and counter parts in USA (if req) Desired Profile Experience, Knowledge, Skills/competencies required (what is expected to be achieved to meet organizational goals) Minimum 12 months of experience is mandatory in the RCM business Specific skills needed to perform Profound knowledge on various verticals within RCM Should have handled/worked on couple of billing softwares Past experience in Next Gen practice management software is definitely an added advantage Excellent written and oral communication skills Should be flexible to work in the night shifts (US timings) (Company provides transport) Typing speed of 15-20 words per minute Education: Graduate in any stream Pursuing post graduation and willing to work in night shifts are entertained Experience 1 - 2 Years Industry Type BPO / Call Centre / ITES Role Associate/Senior Associate -(NonTechnical)
