Assistant Manager - Training - 1 Opening(s)

Key Responsibilities: Should be a process & system expert in either AR/PP/Billing and be knowledgeable of the other functions as well To conduct training on pre process, process & systems for new hires as well as refresher training for existing staff based on requirement Need to be updated with process updates, quality parameters & system enhancements for all the clients aligned to To be able to coach Line trainer and process trainers & monitor their progress Will be responsible for the new hires batches for the clients aligned to. Accountable for training deliverables like yield, training quality and training on time Create training modules for RCM functions and develop skill on other RCM functions like Charge Entry, Patient Calling, EV, Patient Scheduling, Coding etc Maintain Daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports for the training team Ability to analyze trends in the account / process and conduct TNA and ensure that refresher training is done and the effectiveness is measured Prepare Training calendar as per requirement and be able to allocate resources as per requirements Should have good platform and presentation skills Be able to identify upskilling opportunities and equip the Line Trainers and Trainers to improve yields , TQ Should ensure that there are no HIPAA violations and adhere to the ISO guidelines and also train new hires on HIPAA and ISO requirements Must be able to do class observations and address any opportunities for improvement To assist managers in achieving training development goals to align with the companys values, strategy and overall organizational effectiveness Promote Managerial and Leadership capability building and development within the team Oversee and meet functional / process training requirement Design, develop, implement and improve induction program Participate in employee development discussion and provide requisite support to functional managers in building performance improvement and capability development plans Participate in post training follow up sessions Design, develop, administer various employee surveys from time to time, analyze and plan improvement on low scoring parameters Participate in developing leadership programs along with training manager Liaise between external training agencies, facilitator and institutions Attend process related Quality, Training reviews & meets. Prepare the slides, documentation per requirement. Experience and Qualifications: 5+ Years in similar function in the IT / ITES / KPO / BPO space Facilitation, training strategy development basics and effective execution of training strategy Prior experience of running General Management Programs in house or with the help of external agency. Confident, proactive and committed to providing results Good interpersonal and communication skills, self motivated, ability to work independently and service minded attitude Desired Profile Please refer to the Job description above Experience 5 - 6 Years Industry Type KPO / Research / Analytics Role Trainer
